Physio in Ryde
Looking for a physio in Ryde you can trust? Northern Districts Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic has been treating the Ryde and West Ryde community since 1996. Our experienced physiotherapists diagnose the cause of your pain — not just the symptom — and build a treatment plan that gets you moving, working and playing without it.
We’re a short drive from Ryde, North Ryde, Macquarie Park, Eastwood and Meadowbank, with early-morning and evening appointments from 7am to 7pm on weekdays so you can fit treatment around work.
Conditions Our Ryde Physiotherapists Treat
Whether your pain came on overnight or has been building for years, we treat the full range of musculoskeletal and sports conditions, including:
- Back pain, neck pain and sciatica
- Sports injuries — sprains, strains, ligament and tendon injuries
- Shoulder, knee, hip and ankle pain
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Headaches and jaw (TMJ) pain
- Work-related and postural pain
- Chronic pain and overuse injuries
If you’re not sure whether physiotherapy is right for your problem, call us and we’ll tell you honestly — and point you elsewhere if we’re not the right fit.
What To Expect At Your First Appointment With Us
Your first visit is a 60-minute initial consultation. Your physiotherapist will take a full history, assess how you move, explain what’s driving your pain in plain language, and start treatment the same day. You’ll leave with a clear plan and, where useful, exercises to start at home.
Most people need a short course of treatment rather than one visit — we’ll give you an honest estimate of how many sessions you’re likely to need at the end of your first appointment.
