About Zainab
Zainab is a dedicated Physiotherapist specialising in Musculoskeletal and Sports Rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) from the University of South Australia in 2023.
She has previously worked in Singapore where she gained extensive exposure to a wide range of conditions. Zainab has treated patients with musculoskeletal injuries in the emergency departments, managing pre-and post-operative rehabilitation and supporting recovery from trauma and sports-related injuries.
Zainab’s treatment approach is highly personalised, combining manual therapy with tailored rehabilitation exercises aimed at facilitating recovery and restoring patients to their peak performance. She has a particular interest in managing acute and chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and aiding athletes through their recovery process.
Outside of her professional life, Zainab is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle, enjoying long runs, swims, and hikes to keep herself recharged.
