About Emily
Emily graduated from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Throughout her training, she developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, completing additional study in Sports Physiotherapy and Acute Care.
She is an AHPRA registered physiotherapist, and also completed ISCA certificates B/C as a kickboxing trainer. Emily has experience treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions across the globe with studies and placements in Portugal, Germany, and Taiwan. She has a particular interest in sports-related injuries, lower back dysfunction, neck injuries, and working with people of all ages who want to take their first steps towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Emily’s treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with individualised exercise prescription, patient education, progressive rehabilitation, and dry needling.
Emily is fluent in English and Mandarin, as well as conversational Taiwanese Hokkien and German.
